Thanksgiving is still between now and Christmas, and we have some absolutely beautiful decor for the remainder of the Fall season. And yes - if you're like us, we completely expect that you probably have your tree up while you're eating at a beautiful Thanksgiving dinner table! First up is this absolutely beautiful turkey. We have only a couple of these left in stock at the time of this blog post. I personally love this turkey - it's elegant and understated, and brings a level of sophistication to the table. It is beautifully detailed, with a mottled finish and a shiny glaze - so when someone splashes gravy on it, it's super easy to wipe off - which means it can sit right in the middle of everything, urging your feast-goers to eat just one more helping!

Number 2.

Secondly, we have only 2 of these amazing salt and pepper sets available. They're so elegant and beautiful, and they just feel great in your hand when you use them. They would pair very, very nicely with the ceramic turkey in number 1... just sayin'.

Now that Halloween 2019 is officially over... We know that so many of you absolutely LOVE Christmas - we have some fantastic Fall and Thanksgiving goodies to show you, but first - let's talk the beauty of handmade!

We're so excited to have our very own line of handmade ornaments and folk art decor. These items are sold exclusively on our various websites, so you won't find them anywhere else. If you're looking for a unique gift this holiday season, then you definitely need to browse our hand painted ornaments and gifts.

For us, handmade means means following our passion and using our talents. Handmade items are a labor of love, and no small amount of skill (Janene's, not mine...). She has worked over the last several years, lettering every day, to become proficient in hand lettering.

For our wood slice ornaments, we source the material locally - thankfully we live in the forest... We find, cut, dry, and sand all our own slices. Once they're prepared, then Janene does her magic. We have an entire line of hand painted, hand lettered personalized handmade wood slice Christmas ornaments (and other holidays, too!)

From family Christmas ornaments - Mom, Dad, Brother, Sister, Grandpa, Grandma .... or we can letter whatever you want! Do you have an insane Auntie with a particularly creative nickname? Yup, we can do that!

Because Janene hand letters everything, we don't use vinyl (so it won't peel off) and we don't use stencils - so we're constrained by anything but your imagination (and the size of the ornament, of course!)
